How to Request an Accommodation
Any current student or applicant with a disability who is seeking academic adjustments, auxiliary aids, or accommodations under Section 504 should click the link below to begin the accommodation request process.
Carrington College does not conduct documentation or disability assessments or make recommendations for student accommodations. As such, the student or applicant will be asked to complete and submit the Accommodation Request Form and recent (generally no more than five years old) certification and/or documentation from a qualified medical or educational professional that (a) provides a specific diagnosis and (b) recommends specific accommodations that may be helpful to the student in an academic setting based on the diagnosis. Individualized Education Programs (IEP’s) from K-12 education may be considered for review as qualified documentation if they are submitted in their entirety. IEP’s may be more than five years old.
